It’s a shame Adler inherited Medin’s ratings because this is not an accurate depiction. Medin was great. Adler’s communication and service is awful. They don’t know how to fix cavities and will grind down way too far to the point of no return, where we now have to pay a different dentist to fix their botch job. They will discuss your account with others, so don’t expect privacy. You have to email them 5 times to get a response, and even then it will be lies to save face instead of doing right by their clients. Try somewhere ... read more
Staff are great at this office! Appointments always run on time. They are very proficient in handling insurance.
