There is no possible way to give these folks a bad rating. Our time with the folks at the Adler Center was not brief, but they made us feel comfortable and cared about us from start to finish. What a wonderful team of caring individuals! My only complaint was the unannounced fire alarm testing that shocked us both with its onset and then its duration (over 5 minutes of wailing). Plenty of parking. Great facilities. Comfortable seating. Great caring by the staff. Thank you to all.
The worst Hospice care ever! We decided to call Hospice into our home to help us take care of my dying mother. Initially we had our "intake" nurse Laura go through the entire process in which Laura throughly explained we could have the team take care of all of our concerns. We all agreed that multiple visits if not more would be the best plan of attack for mom . Nurse and social worker showed up the 1st day and told us they would only stop by our house 1 time per week. My mom and I were furious cause that's the total opposit... read more
