Adler Automotive is dead — what’s left is just a name. Since the business was sold, practices have shifted toward aggressive upselling, steep markups, and superfluous service — I was quoted 60% above MSRP on $1,000 in parts. I was also told my brake fluid ought to be replaced as the "test" indicated it was deteriorating. It had been replaced two days earlier at another shop.
