This place is an athlete’s dream. The only thing better than the services is the doctor’s heart. Cass is knowledgeable and you can tell that helping people is what he loves to do.

I truly can’t say enough about this place. My personal trainer referred me here when I injured my shoulder. Dr. Cass did several sessions and completely fixed it. I still see him regularly for maintenance and adjustments. He truly cares for his patients and treats everyone individually. I also get massages from Maddie and she is seriously the best. I booked a visit, not knowing if the pain in my shoulder could get relief. Cass and the staff at ADLabs were so thorough in my assessment, treatment plan and explanation of the process. I highly recommend ADLabs. I honestly cannot believe the difference in pain relief and mobility.

I’ve had deep-tissue massages at a number of places over the years, but Madison at Adlabs is by far the best. Her technique is incredibly effective—she finds every knot, applies the perfect pressure, and somehow makes even the most intense work feel relaxing. After every appointment, I walk out feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely cared for. If you’re looking for a top-tier massage, I highly recommend you go see Madison!
