Not satisfied with their services. Their staff does not seem very knowledgeable. In addition, be aware they charge a lot of extra fees not discussed/ approved from the beginning. I’ve asked for a letter (multiple times asked to confirm the cost) and they told me it’s $350. Ended up paying over $700 (double the cost) due to additional charges not disclosed from the beginning like “research of the case” and “document review”.
