We had an excellent experience working with Brittany on our Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) matters. She was highly knowledgeable, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. 2nd UPDATE: I would never recommend ADL Paralegal or Brittany Colley. Brittany represents Waterloo Regional Housing and has deliberately stalled filings, withheld information, and prolonged disputes instead of resolving them. She repeatedly threatens urgent action, then admits filings “won’t be today or tomorrow,” while my belongings and mail remain held hostage. I do not recommend ADL Paralegal. We hired Brittany to deal with a person who stayed in a unit after the tenant moved out. She did not take time to hear my story before the hearing. Even during the hearing she refused to discuss the case with me. Then she proceeded to go in a room with the tenant and his representative without including me. Without ever hearing my side of the story she recommended letting the tenant stay. The invoice came with a threatening letter even though it had already been paid. Not a good exper... read more
