LUCKY TO GET ONE STAR This company came out for a furnace inspection on our home, Told us we needed a new furnace due to a cracked heat exchange .Never once actually turned on the heat. So we called Home Appliance Heating and Air. Their service tech turned on and ran the furnace a while then took it apart and inspected it, told us there was no crack and the furnace was in good condition. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCTS ADL came out to give us an estimate and we were very impressed. They went above and beyond to explain our options and why the furnace we went with was better suited for our house. The other estimates we got simply gave us a price on one option. Their installers were fast and very nice.
