We selected ADL Floors over a competing bid as we were convinced that Dinu of ADL would treat our project as if it were his own. It also didn't hurt that ADL offered a competitive bid. We needed a new wood floor due to a water leak in the kitchen. Dinu recommended to the water remediation team to dry the subfloor beyond the minimum industry standard; he also requested that we stage the new wood inside for 1-2 weeks to allow for acclimatization and also allowed several days between floor installation and applying the finish, ... read more
