Dr. Adkisson was the surgeon for my gallbladder removal, and I couldn’t recommend him enough. From the initial appointment, his office staff was welcoming and kind. I'm deeply disappointed in the core my 88 yr old mother received from Dr Adkisson. He performed a lymph node removal surgery on her and, while he seemed very kind and personable, his follow-through and post-surgical care were extremely lacking. He did not arrange home health care for my mom and didn't check on her following the surgery. Mom lived alone and was sent home to care for the incision, drain by herself.
