I am absolute awe of this community. The manager has been wonderful, the people are very nice, my house is BEAUTIFUL. Got my own little piece of country feel in this community. Would rate a 10, but only 5 stars available. Highly recommend.
I live here. It's a decent place. We just recently got new management and she has not taken the time to introduce herself or anything. I have no idea what her name is. There is a wild dog that runs the neighborhood that they won't do anything about. There are SO SO SO SO many cats it is very sad. The whole outside smells like a litter box. Other than that it's been ok
Read the fine print. Once you move into this hoa good luck getting out
