My Goodman unit decided to stop working during our recent heat wave. James was sent out within 3 days to save us from this ridiculous heat! He was punctual, very informative and nice to speak with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! Everyone else was booked out far in advance so I would have melted by the time 3 weeks rolled around. Thank you guys so much!

My unit was not shutting off and not communicating with the thermostat, called Adkins and James Preti came out to evaluate. After some time he came and told me there was no issue with my unit, even though it is still running continuously, and suggested that I have HUB come out and make sure there is enough voltage coming to the house. HUB came out and said there was no issue. This forced me to get a second opinion and I called Pioneer. We are working with Adkins Heating and Air Conditioning on our new home. David is very cost conscious, is very detailed in his explanation of the HVAC equipment, but in layman's terms. He let us know if the efficiency of an item has a good return on investment or not. We would definitely recommend him for new, replacement or repair of your existing HVAC.
