We are working with Adkins Heating and Air Conditioning on our new home. David is very cost conscious, is very detailed in his explanation of the HVAC equipment, but in layman's terms. He let us know if the efficiency of an item has a good return on investment or not. We would definitely recommend him for new, replacement or repair of your existing HVAC.

I have a 10 year old Mitsubishi mini split high wall ductless unit in a sunroom that has given trouble for 3 years. I had several Roane County HVAC companies attempt to correct its performance issues but none that truly understood what was required.
