Adkins body shop did an excellent job repairing my truck. The dealt with the insurance company and took that stress from me. My truck was detailed and put back together professionally. I highly recommend them for your repairs. There was no money out of pocket for me.
I had no idea what to expect or even what to do, as I have never needed to go to a body shop before. Someone had recommended Adkins to me. They answered all of my questions, and even helped me understand how my insurance worked, in terms of how it applies to them. They made sure everything was good with my car, before getting it back to me, including checking the tires and detailing it-something I had no idea they would do. I bought parts for my intending for my brother and I to fix my car. Stuff happened and I had to take it to a body shop. Adkins done a tremendous job! My car looks brand new! I highly recommend Adkins Body Shop!!

Water still in my trunk and it wasn’t prior to them working on it! The water now leaks into my backseat! Replaced wrong headlight, the windshield washer container worked prior and now it doesn’t hold fluid, body work done incorrectly and had to go back! Been trying to get this fixed since November 2018. My trunk and backseat stinks! This is ridiculous and poor customer service!
Horrible to do business with. Have had my vehicle for over 8 weeks. Called me last week and said it was ready. When I got there they hadn’t put the new running board on, put a used back hatch on that was scratched up and didn’t paint it and it looked like a blind man repaired the door. Have lied to me numerous times. I will never do business with the company again. I still haven’t gotten my vehicle back. I have asked for a call back from someone in charge for 2 weeks now and nothing.
