They are always quick and best of all resolved the issue.
By far the worst organized company I’ve ever worked with. I have never had a company reject me paying them because they can’t get their act together and give me a bill. Then, they bill me 5 months later expecting me to pay!! Like I tried giving you money multiple times and you wouldn’t take it. How ridiculous.
Very disappointed in dealing with yanis. Seems since the owner John stepped away things aren't how they used to be. Yanis strung us along for almost 3 weeks working on a quote. Then once he did and it was agreed on said he'd start on a Monday and take 3-4 days. We'll after me reaching out to him monday, he told me a guy had an emergency and it'd be Tues. Very disappointed in dealing with yanis. If John the owner was still running things I don't believe my experience would've had the same outcome. I'm helping an owner with a mold issue due to ac ducts leaking, all mold was removed and couldn't have it all treated and sprayed till ducts were removed. Took 2 weeks to get an estimate after following up. And then be told they'd start Monday take 3-4 days(I had to call Monday to find out "an employee was sick or had an emergency " , they'll be there Tues. They go Tues and begin. T... read more
