They are always quick and best of all resolved the issue.
By far the worst organized company I’ve ever worked with. I have never had a company reject me paying them because they can’t get their act together and give me a bill. Then, they bill me 5 months later expecting me to pay!! Like I tried giving you money multiple times and you wouldn’t take it. How ridiculous.
Very disappointed in dealing with yanis. Seems since the owner John stepped away things aren't how they used to be. Yanis strung us along for almost 3 weeks working on a quote. Then once he did and it was agreed on said he'd start on a Monday and take 3-4 days. We'll after me reaching out to him monday, he told me a guy had an emergency and it'd be Tues. Well Tues he starts. Tells me he had found some new issues and would get with us at 930 next morning. We'll it wasn't till Friday he finally reaches out with an email statin... read more
