Maggs (the NP that runs the practice)is my mother’s primary care physician. My mother has dementia so I have accompanied her to appointments for four years now. Maggs and staff are the most compassionate care team I have ever encountered. She spends close to an hour every January with my mother. What really blew my mind is that after this year’s appointment she scanned through my mother’s paperwork and found that she had a colonoscopy 6 years ago and would not need one for 4 more years. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and communication I have experienced with this medical practice. It has been consistently difficult to reach anyone by phone, schedule appointments, receive responses regarding lab results, or obtain timely follow-up care. Over the course of my time as a patient, appointments have been rescheduled multiple times by the office, and I have also been asked on several occasions to adjust my appointment times to accommodate scheduling changes. Love everything about this clinic! The doctor listens and then acts ! The nurses are professional and kind. The receptionists are good at their jobs!!
