Mark Perkins, Stephen, Ginny and Tyler are absolutely fantastic. If you have a need with regards to your HVA system call adjustable services they’re amazing and wonderful to work with. The quality of the work provided is best in class.
They installed a new AC unit for us which works, but when they did it they screwed up the wiring. Now the system trips a breaker whenever the heat turns on. Someone came out to fix it, said they could do a temporary fix by disconnecting the aux heat, and someone else from the company would come back to actually do the fix. Of course they never did or returned a call. It’s not really working at all… long story short, the new ac unit works but they didn’t seem to care that they created newer and bigger problems.
I previously had a great experience with this company. They were easy to work with and help me based on my budget. When my service stopped working less than a year after they repaired, I couldn't get a return call or text. Very disappointing
