Adjust Mental Health was there for me during a time of desperation and uncertainty—I needed both therapy and a medication plan as soon as possible, being new to the area. Didn’t have to wait long til my initial appt. Has helped adjust doses of my meds to find what works. Actually listens to me when I say something hasn’t worked for me in the past. Accommodates my baby (or else I wouldn’t be able to come to appts). Couldn’t ask for more .
