I had a disappointing experience at Adji hair braiding salon. From the moment we walked in, the staff was unwelcoming, didn’t greet us, and barely answered my questions. I had to ask multiple times just to get a response. Their pricing was also unreasonable— they start with $140 & then said $80 for eight simple braids with no wash or treatment, while other salons offer full service for less. Poor customer service and overpriced services—I wouldn’t recommend this salon.

The place was nice, but I drove two hours from Oregon and they turned me away because my hair wasn’t detangler. They didn’t even tell me to detangler it, or it says anywhere that that had to be done. I don’t know what’s the point of having a natural hair shop If you know, people are gonna have course hair. There wasn’t no even attempting or trying to find another solution.
