Extremely unprofessional and aggressive behavior from the coordinator. I called twice—the second time just to provide my daughter’s date of birth, which I had forgotten to include earlier. Instead of handling it professionally, she immediately sent me an email without a subject line, rudely stating not to call her again and that no surgery appointments would be available for at least five weeks.
