Horrible, disgusting bedside manner. Encountered a frustrating situation with her (although she was trying to help), and when she could tell I was frustrated (she hung up the phone on me twice and when she called back the third time, I asked her to please make sure she had 5 minutes to finish the conversation with me because I was very concerned), responded extremely aggressively and said “um okay, there is no need for your attitude right now” and proceeded to loudly speak over me and refused to let me express my thoughts.
