We bought many windows over the years and we're happy. The company was sold and the new owner does not stand behind his product. Our window was a nightmare, had to be installed 3x because the installers were so incompetent. We had to deal with the manufacturer directly to get this fixed because the owner of Adirondack refused to come out and see the window and gave us no help. Once he was paid he wanted nothing to do with us. I have never written a review like this before, but wanted to warn people.
