BUYER BEWARE! DECEPTIVE PRACTICES AHEAD! I scheduled a repair on 9/16/22 to be completed the following week for $957.65. This was the amount for 2 hours of labor ONLY as the small replacement part was covered under warranty. I realized this seemed unreasonable and requested to cancel the day before the work was to be done. They said there was a 25% restocking fee for their labor and they would be keeping $239.41 for restocking "labor". HORRIBLE.....TOTAL SCAM they charge $90-$150 an hour they will charge you for service and not even do it.....if you want to get riped off this is your a/c company oh and by the way be left still with no working a/c and hundreds of dollars later gone then its right up your ally.....have fun picking your jaw up from the floor cuz their prices are jaw dropping and not in a good way....guys I don't know about you but I work hard and lots of hours for my money and for some company to come in here and knowing that I know they ripe... read more

I have been using them for a few years now and those guys have been nothing but great to me . I dont feel like i am being pushed to do repairs I dont need . I really like the fact they have 24 hr service that in my book is a huge plus.

Adirondack has been my air conditioning company for about 15 years in my last 2 home I have received nothing but top service from this company they never disappoint. I have never had to call them back to fix the same problem these things just don't happen with Adirondack.i highly recommend them.
