The staff is friendly and caring. The noise in the machine is overwhelming. I was given earplugs and, later, headphones and they helped a bit. If you have your own noise canceling headphones I would bring them to the exam.
My mother came for an mri the first time alone and had a panic attack asked for a break and the technician didn’t allow for one and was rude to her because his shift was ending. They ultimately didn’t finish the mri. And made her come back. First time I brought my mom in for an mri where she had to be sedated due to being claustrophobic the receptionist were extremely rude and cancelled her appointment for being 7 min late did not attempt to call or confirm she was on her way. My husband needed a little time off from the loud knocking noice from the MRI. The Technician would not accommodate him. Told my husband had to come back. They also made him wait in the lobby for 30 minutes. We are disappointed.
How someone cam schedule appointment with them. Calling for the last 2 days few times a day and the only thing i hear is bunch of info and then beep busy signal. What is this????!!!
