Stopped in today to pickup Row by Row kits. Was warmly greeted by the sweet salesclerk and received prompt attention. Lots of beautiful fabric!
I went there while I was visiting the area and the store was just beautiful. There were 3 women there who were so helpful and friendly. I purchased 3 beautiful yards of fabric. I mentioned we were from NJ and we started talking. Wish we had a quilt store like that near me!
This past weekend I attended a quilt retreat with Patti and enjoyed every minute! Our trip to your shop was so enjoyable! We will be sure to shop at Adirondack Quilts anytime we go to a retreat!
The staff was part of vetnegative and hurtful conversations. This should not be allowed as You never know who is in the store and to talk about people or businesses is unprofessional. these opinions could make or break business for you or for the business that is being talked about. I want no part of this. I used to like all the shops in this area, I thought we were a community.
I purchased a PFAFF Embroidery Sewing Machine here. I am learning to use it. Theresa sat with me on 9/11/2016 orienting me to the machine, the various features. She was extremely patient & knowledgeable. I will definitely be a return patron!!
These people are fantastic to work with and are very knowledgeable.
I think it is absolutely ridiculous that I bought a$500 machine from them and they will not return it (unopened with a receipt- and he use to work with my husband)! I can only get a store credit because it has been too long?!?! Friday- was 2 weeks- and Christmas was in the mix- AND I told him in person FIVE days after purchase that I was pretty sure I did not want it- he didn’t mention that I was on a time schedule- the cashier only said “we return anything other than fabric”. I do NOT recommend them for major purchases.
Can't say enough about the great customer service this shop gives its customers-------friendly, helpful & honest.
