I worked with Liz Theeman after a foot injury that had me in a cast and boot for 5 months (with 6 weeks being non weight bearing). She was tremendously helpful in guiding me through flexibility and strength building exercises that were great for both rebuilding my confidence and meeting my mobility goals. I finished up today and she sent me off with the information I needed to continue the work on my own so I can resume hiking this Spring. While I hope to avoid the need for PT in the future, I would highly recommend her!
