Unfortunately their communication is very poor. The Dr is fantastic and the girls up front are great to deal with. Very welcoming and friendly. The sales consultant decided to come into the waiting room and tell me after waiting 15 mins, my sons expander was on its way but would be another 30 mins at almost 5pm! Instead of calling me to tell me it wasnt there and ask if id like to reschedule or come later, he didnt do either.
