Awesome experience! Great at explaining the treatment plans. My son felt comfortable and had a great experience. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable
Today was my first consult and I love it here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! The patient coordinator walked me through all the financial information which was very flexible and transparent with payment planning. This is my second time going through Invisalign treatment (with a different company/different city) and I’m happy I switched to Adirondack Orthodontics in East Greenbush!
From the consult to the installation of my daughter's braces the staff were very compassionate to my very anxious daughter.
There is always a friendly staff experience while visiting the East Greenbush office. They are very efficient and caring to their patients.
