Be aware that they do not communicate the requirement for your driver to be on premises. Due to the lack of communications my wife's tooth extraction it's going to cost additional $$$ of lost income plus the already extortionate costs for dental work. A simple heads-up would have allowed us to make arrangements instead of having to cancel meetings at the last minute. Instead of sitting in the parking lot, apologizing to 15 people. At least they all know now what to expect from this place.
