Horrible experience. Mentioned to the assistant before an extraction about past trauma regarding a botched pallet injection and concern over excess pain. First shot goes fine. Dr starts to place the needle on my mouth and says "This is going to hurt" and I pushed her hand away. I insisted I no longer felt comfortable and the dr.became annoyed that I hadn't opted for full sedation even though during the consultation the nurse that took care of me seemed to insist I wouldn't need it. Absolutely outrageous.
Not clear about pricing, went in for a consultation for my tooth, had to fight to not pay insane amounts for basic services. On the day of the surgery they tell me the wrong teeth they want to take out and that I never told them or didn’t explain which tooth I needed out, they thought it was the other side. Not the best feeling on the day of surgery to not have the doctors know which tooth you wanted out. Still receiving bills. A Disheartening Experience Our recent visit to this dental office left much to be desired, unfortunately. While the environment itself was relatively private and tidy—qualities we certainly appreciate—it was overshadowed by an evident lack of respect and professionalism from certain members of the staff. Provides the absolute highest standard of care. Extremely professional, thorough, and efficient. All interactions with staff- from the front desk administrative, to the clinical assistants, to the surgeon- were pleasant, knowledgeable, personable, and kind.
