My father has COPD and with the heat this summer, it's been hard for him to breathe After knowing one of their technicians Logan for years. I made a phone call last Friday to the office to explain our situation. When talking with Steve, he shared that his mother suffered from COPD as well and understood what was going on. I called them at 7 AM after smelling propane in my basement. They came immediately, were onsite in less than 15 minutes, isolated the lines, found the leak, and repaired it. Price was also very reasonable for such quick and efficient service. It was less than I have paid for 'diagnostic fee' to some of the chain plumbing services for the privilege of them telling me I should buy new appliances.

With regards to the workmanship: it’s superb. I had a water heater installed. With regards to their customer service: sub-par at best. I wanted 2 return vents put in my house, considering the owner kept indicating it was needed for the upstairs. His guy came out who supposedly had all of this knowledge in doing the work, but the guy essentially said it couldn’t be done but they would come up with a “Plan B.” I waited around for 3 weeks for them to contact me and no one did. I called with a faulty boiler. Kim and Steve Kirk were quick to dispatch two techs to my house that very same day. The no only fixed the problem quickly and correctly, they were courteous, kind, and very helpful!
