With regards to the workmanship: it’s superb. I had a water heater installed. With regards to their customer service: sub-par at best. I wanted 2 return vents put in my house, considering the owner kept indicating it was needed for the upstairs. His guy came out who supposedly had all of this knowledge in doing the work, but the guy essentially said it couldn’t be done but they would come up with a “Plan B.” I waited around for 3 weeks for them to contact me and no one did. I called with a faulty boiler. Kim and Steve Kirk were quick to dispatch two techs to my house that very same day. The no only fixed the problem quickly and correctly, they were courteous, kind, and very helpful! The company sent a repair person up, within a hour of my call. He removed a shower valve, that was the most difficult one that he has ever seen. He completed what was required with no damage to the valve assembly after a chiseling out the valve. Work was good and price was reasonable. Will be doing more business with them in the future.
I dont like calling them they are rude!
