They use a lot of third party services thay create negative impact to tenants as it forces them to fight against unauthorized charges and services. I don't even live there anymore and am still dealing with charges from pet screening. I was scammed on their rental payment third party vendor, I was also never informed I had packages at the office, and I would also observe specific residents letting their animals run with no leash or just go without picking anything up, the staffing currently is significantly better than previo... read more
