Absolutely terrible my husband and I were victims of a hit and run by one of their customers! $1300.00 in damages for them to say they're not covering it cause their client claims it wasn't them. So they basically have no problem continuing coverage for criminals that hit and run, possibly drunk driving and then reckless driving when they took off 95 mph to get away! I completely understand the reviews now trash company for trash clients!

So glad progressive no longer uses them for homeowners. Terrible customer service with never ending increase in rates each year. Had damage to my roof after a high wind storm. The adjuster who came out to the house declined my claim and never pulled out a ladder. I was told by the adjuster that he doesn't go on roofs. I experienced a nightmarish ordeal with Adirondack insurance after my car was stolen on October 8th. The claims process was excruciatingly slow, with agent Judy Chen displaying a shocking lack of knowledge and responsiveness. 8 years I have had them for my home owners insurance. I had a wind storm hit my house which is covered in my policy. Adjuster came out and agreed with contractors my roof needed repaired. Adirondack kept sending different adjusters out until one said I didn't need repairs. Then they told me they weren't covering anything. Took them 4 months to tell me this. I have missing siding and visible missing shingles from the wind storm. Lawsuit

I have been a good customer, never made any claims on homeowners insurance for many years. The one time i needed to in 2019 for some water leaking issues i get a letter , 2022 that they are canceling my policy because i used them to help pay for water damages, which they approved. So in closing, they are fair weather friends. The minute you need them they dump you. Buyer beware !! Geico here i come
