Adirondack Chevrolet refused to work on my car because I had bought it through a different dealer. When ***** customer service called them Ron S******** Service Manager George H***** owner Joe H***** Manager told the rep I was belligerent and that’s why they refused service. They flat out lied. The owner or his son refused to call me back. Worst customer service around.
We bought a truck from them 9 months ago. We called approx. a month later and told them that the tires were going bald, they told us since that's not a covered warranty issue that we would have to go pay for tires ourselves. Since, we have paid for 4 whole new tires and 2 alignments on this truck at **** ****Tire in Plattsburgh, ny. Since buying, we've noticed that the truck's box moves a lot.
