I’m sure like my dog many of you have animals that hate the vet. The staff and vets are amazing here. Everyone is friendly and great with the animals. My dog doesn’t go to many people willingly and DR. Thomas is wonderful with her and she goes right to the back with her with no problem. She takes her to the back because my dog is very protective of me and is easier to examine in the back. I’m happy to call them my vet
Thanks so much to staff for boarding a beloved 4-legged companion on short notice. Instead of picking up after a procedure, I ended up in the ER! Staff assured me boarding was no problem (and reasonably priced). I'm home now and can't wait until the holiday weekend ends so we can be reuinited! 😻 I feel reassured knowing that he's being safely cared for.
a friend of mine took her cat there to get fixed and they gave the cat anesthesia went to pick it up there was no stitches or anything the surgery was never done they completely forgot athey don't care about their animals they only care about money
First visit yesterday with 12 week old Weimaraner . Totally impressed with entire visit and staff. Dr Hunnicut and Emily spent so much time with pup and answered all questions . Highly recommend their puppy plan . Best vet visit ever. Owned 3 previous dogs and they never received such attention and love from other veterinarians.
I had to bring my dog in for an emergency visit because we were losing her and her normal vet was closed. Every single member of the staff was beyond compassionate and helpful even though we were complete strangers to them. They squeezed us in late, they gave us all the time we needed, and they were so good to us every step of the way. They had never met us, but treated us and our grief as a priority. My family cannot recommend Adirondack Animal Hospital enough. Dr. Hunnicutt is all around amazing. He has treated our pets during the good and bad with such compassion and expertise. I wish I could use my show dogs here for reproductive purposes as we are raising our litter of English Labradors and are doing a c-section today on our Miniature Dachshund. The travel to the nearest Veterinary Clinic is almost an hour away for Reproductive care. Thank You so very much for seeing our 4 week baby last night on an emergency call. T... read more
I came to Adirondack animal hospital about 4 years ago to have Dr Glendenning care for my dog. I loved him ❤️he did surgery on my dog and improved his life. When Dr Glendenning retired I met this wonderful vet Dr Hunnicutt. Today I had to have my precious dog put to sleep. Although this was a painful time for me...Dr Hunnicutt and ALL the staff made this experience less painful. I have nothing but praise for Dr Hunnicutt and the staff. Thank you
