Very generous owner, I had a chain link issue on one of my simpler necklaces and was worried I couldn’t fix it. He was able to take it and reattach the broken chains without damaging the necklace. Even though he offered it free of charge, I am sure to bring my nicer watches and other related goods to him from now on as he operates in good faith and does masterful work!

I had to get a battery replaced for a watch. He then noticed the watch needed cleaning and got it done within a day. Very great service! highly recommend
