I ordered online, I didn't like the size, I immediately returned the earrings to them. But they didn't refund me money and couldn't exchange. I am not satisfied
Placed an order online, paid for priority shipping. The item never shipped, I called every day they said to wait for an email. Finally today they told me it’s still unfulfilled (a week later) and it’s out of stock. The only thing they can offer is store credit or refund. I obviously chose a refund as I will not purchase from them again. My daughter will be disappointed because this was her birthday gift.
