Do not purchase from this company, the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have spent thousands of dollars over the last year on jewelry here. I purchased an item for my daughter in December, it broke and they will not replace the faulty item. Spend your money elsewhere.
Purchased 2 pieces. There was an additional discount on the second piece just days after I purchased. They would not give me the discount UNLESS I mailed back my piece, they credited it, then I made a new purchase of the IDENTICAL item which they would then send back to me. Mailing my jewelry across the country for no reason at all . . . except to make the process very difficult. This is not a good business practice
I have so many pieces from Adina Reyter and I am absolutely in love with her jewelry. The necklaces are beautiful and dainty and go with absolutely everything. I received one for my birthday years ago and it still looks brand new. If you love classy, elegant, wearable jewelry, look no further. You truly can't go wrong with some gorgeous pavé diamonds!
By far my favorite jewelry line! I am a retailer and also own her pieces personally. Adina Reyter jewelry is timeless, classic yet on-trend. The necklaces are perfect for layering and you never have to take them off. I get so many compliments when I wear her jewelry! On a business level they are a pleasure to work with. Rosie is extremely kind and helpful and always makes sure we have what we need in a timely manner. I'm so grateful for the partnership over the last several years!
I cannot overstate how impressed I am with both the beatutiful necklace I bought for my wife ( which she absolutley loves! ) and the exceptional customer service I received from Rosie Sandler.
