He has a friendly and very helpful staff, but he is not the kind of doctor who will spend 20 minutes chatting about last night's game. He is excellent at explaining procedures and why things need to be done a certain way. He is very thorough in his questions, and most importantly, when something is wrong, he is the most competent doctor to find the solution. I know this from personal experience.
