I was shopping at Adidas at Lighthouse mall in Michigan City and was being assisted by an employee when our interaction was interrupted so they could help another customer. I felt overlooked and disappointed because I was not given the same level of attention or service. As a Black customer, the experience left me feeling uncomfortable and undervalued.
