if you are not going to accept returns for 100 days as I was told by an employee, every person should be told at check out. there is nothing posted in store. you've lost this customer forever. it is completely unfair to tie up my money. I have a feeling in 100 days I'll be told that i am past the return date because policy says 30 days. so basically if you buy something from this store and need to return it, you may as well write it off as a loss. Bought a hat and all I wanted to do was bring it back and exchange it for the black one. No money back just exchange. I didn’t have the tag because I popped it like everyone in the world does when they buy something. Instead of just grabbing another hat and ringing it up like every other store on the planet they rudely tell me sorry can’t exchange it. The bad thing is I was getting ready to drop another 100 in there. Bad customer service. This local Won’t be back
