Dr. Kassas is very calm and collected and always has a smile on his face to greet you. Although I may have to wait a few extra minutes, I never feel rushed and I always feel like he takes his time and actually cares about my well-being.
Didn’t listen to me. I was on medications that made my corrected diagnosis worse. He consistently asked me questions about my toxic family and fed into their drama. Knew I didn’t want to talk about them but would always ask. Do not recommend. He diagnosed me when I was 13/14 and refused to reevaluate me, and would just prescribe me a bunch of medications that I didn’t need.
Too bad you cant grade him lower. Unprofessional. Did not listen to patient concerns. Arrogant attitude/judgmental. Made no attempt to see from patients view. Listened to respond and judge not understand and help.
