Meg is a great coach. She has a straightforward and empathetic approach -which balances the science with the empathy to help you apply it. The sessions are enjoyable and well-structured and the content is interesting. The sessions on routines, conflict resolution and finding your purpose have made a big difference for me. I can focus more easily and on the right things. Thank you Meg!

Meg is a gem. Her foundations course is well-informed and structured in an engaging manner. Going through the course has been helpful for many aspects of life as an ADHDer. Meg is knowledgeable, insightful, empathetic and warm. Working with her has been a very worthwhile experience.

Meg is so knowledgeable and works really hard to tailor things to each person she’s working with. I understand my brain so much better now and am excited to keep learning more about what works for me. I genuinely would recommend this experience to anyone with ADHD to learn about yourself and how you work. Before I was diagnosed with ADHD I found myself having issues with therapy because I felt like the advice and strategies... read more
