Very disappointing experience. The clinic was completely inflexible and inconsiderate when I asked for my son's situation to be reviewed. Instead of taking the time to consider his circumstances, I received what appeared to be a generic copy-and-paste response repeating the cancellation policy. A totally shocking experience had with these people, total rip off merchants. The worst service provider experience I have ever suffered. NO follow up. No reply option to their customer Service email. NO response from their Feedback email. NO continuity in communications between the booking's coordinators, who just regurgitate the "I'm so sorry" routine. Zero respect for clients, hours long waits - even for an 8am appointment - and exorbitant fees. The doctors have no helpful advice or suggestions, only the most generic comments about any issues you're facing. The most careless, predatory service I've ever seen, fully taking advantage of people without other options.
If I could give no stars I would. If you want genuine care avoid this company. 15 min follow-up for medication review is $800. You have to make appointments well in advance they make you pay upfront and you can't cancel even within a week before. They also send out no reminders, as they generate more money if people forget their appointments. They have no phone number so you can't ask questions. The worst experience I have had with any medical organisation period. Do not support this buisness. They treat their patients like animals. How can you justify a $380 non refundable fee for canceling or changing an appointment 2 weeks in advance? Who else expects full payment for appointments months in advance? This is just the tip of the iceberg. There should be an enquiry into this organisations practices
Highly toxic and narcissistic boss. There is no training and job descriptions don't matter. Worked there a long time ago and it still affects me.
My husband had a telehealth GP appointment to get a referral to one of their psychiatrists for an ADHD dx. It cost over $400 and we haven't received any Medicare rebate. The clinic is totally uncontactable, including the mobile number that was provided to him. Absolute waste of time and money.
BEWARE - THESE GUYS ARE SCUM. They are a disgrace to their profession.
