Called up to make and appointment, they asked me to email a picture of my license, which I did. I then called back to see if they received it the email, they couldn’t confirm. So I texted them my info stating my name and mentioning I emailed my license. Later that night i receive a text asking what services I am looking for, i say I am inquiring for an adhd assessment/evaluation.. they respond “will get back to you thank you” I find this very odd considering they advertise same day appointments. Drug pusher! Spoke on the phone to make an appointment. Lady at reception said they don't accept insurance and are self pay. I said ok. I asked how much for an evaluation. She said it 399 for evaluation, doctors visit and prescription. I said, I don't want a prescription, just a diagnosis, because I am curious if I am depressed, or have ADHD. She said, IT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE! You are selling Adderall and Vivance without diagnosis!!!! I am reporting you and your doctors to the board and the DEA!!!
