She checks all the boxes of what I look for in a psychiatrist and therapist. She genuinely listens, takes the time to understand, and provides thoughtful guidance and care. Even though I drive 45 minutes to an hour for my appointments, it’s absolutely worth it. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate and effective mental health support.
Extremely rude receptionist. I’m very grateful I ended up cancelling my scheduled appointment. While I was cancelling she asked me in such a rude way why I was cancelling, and when I gave her the answer she hung up on me!!

I am deeply offended by the sheer unprofessionalism of Nuela Umeh, not only are the staff abrupt, rude and difficult to understand at all times but the portal that the CEO and "Doctor" Nuela Umeh pushes so heavily doesn't work the vast majority of the time.
