Nearly 4 weeks after first initial appointment and I have yet to hear back from Dr. Malaty as to what blood test I need to order from my PCP. Many calls on hold later, and no one knows what’s going on. Total incompetence! Completely unacceptable! For the record, NO ONE has reached out to me to resolve this situation.
Very accommodating, helpful, friendly, providing the care I needed.
Dr Malaty is highly knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. I have full trust in him as my doctor.
