This doctor jus thinks of himself how he can make all this money by having 15 people in his waiting room and I show up @ 230 for my appt that a three hour wait at least give me a heads up I drove all the way from downtown nobody is goin to wait there’s other doctors jus as a big head likes his

When i was telling the doctor my situation he was busier reading his text messages from his watch than giving me eye contact and paying attention. Visit lasted less than 5 min and thats because I was asking questions. I said full story when I was signed in in the portal, then an employee came and asked me all the information again about my situation, then doctor came and asked why I am there with zero communication between them. Dr. A and his staff are very friendly and highly professional. However, the waiting time was excessively long, and I had to miss several hours of work. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM, the X-ray was completed around 3:30 PM, and I did not see the doctor until 5:00 PM. This resulted in a total waiting time of two and a half hours.

This was a very good experience. Front desk was polite, helpful and informative. The technicians in all the departments were also helpful and courteous and well informed. The doctor was polite and put you at ease.
