This building could be great but it is plagued with mismanagement and a sneaky, money hungry HOA that doesn’t do its due diligence with its property management procurement process. Accessing the building is like Fort Knox when grown adults live in the building. Charges its own residents to use the loading dock of the building and the whole checking in guests is the equivalent to boarding an international flight.
Well my experience with Adesso thus far has been satisfying and refreshing all do to an amazing manager Ms.Tara who has assisted me with my move.
I bought my 1.5 BR, 5th floor Genova unit in 2009 and sold it in 2020 (summer home). I was so blessed to be basically on campus in a beautiful, year old property with two parking spaces, an indoor storage space, and balcony view of the state capital building. I had an incredibly disappointing experience here. The property is in terrible condition—there are leaks in the roof, and the carpets are stained beyond belief. On top of that, the management is highly unprofessional. I experienced inappropriate comments about my appearance, and to make things worse, the manager made an unsettling proposition that crossed all boundaries of decency.
