Unacceptably long waits and poor customer service. No waiting area to wait on your vehicle. Either have to stand inside or outside the building. Poor quality of care for the vehicles they repo and no acceptability for issues they caused to vehicles. Better take the day off if you need to deal with these people because they are in no hurry to get anything done if your vehicle is a repo. You can have everything ready and paid but still takes hours to bring a vehicle around from the lot. Very disappointed in the experience here... read more
