Expect a lot of referrals to specialists and other doctors, he will never diagnose or discuss an issue with you directly. Every issue is a long drawn out process with 4 other specialists/doctors involved & months of effort. I’ve since switched to a new doctor and I was shocked by how quick and easy everything has been in comparison, who knew doctors could prescribe you simple anxiety medications without 4 months of specialist appointments all over the city.
Much much better then they used to be years ago. Very kind and friendly staff. Willing to help out and answer questions.
Great staff, and great doctor. My mom has been a patient here for a long time. and I can honestly tell you, I’d rather this doctor than my own family doctor. He’s very patient especially because my mother doesn’t speak English that great but the girls are so patient with her. Anyone who is complaining it’s probably because they didn’t get their way and is bitter about it.
Hardest Dr to get in touch with. HORRIBLE service, if you need an attentive Dr and one you can get in contact with, this is not the office for you. In search of a new one in Hamilton ASAP.
