The worst service ever. They literally scheduled an appointment without informing me and confirming the day and time with me. I don't even know how someone does that in healthcare. Then, they charged my card out of the blue four months later for an appointment claiming that the insurance did not cover it. It took them four months to realize it? I have mostly found this practice to be quite helpful and responsive. I followed Vera Ngezem from her previous practice to this one and do not regret it.
Unfortunately, this office does not care to communicate when things are running behind schedule and instead just reschedule the appointment after we waited 30 minutes (again, not communicating the issue. It also seems that this office is willing to violate HIPAA when responding to public patient complaints. We will be finding a new office ASAP.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Lillian for almost a year now and adequate has been a great place as a patient. Fast, responsive, and helpful.
Why would anyone name their business "Adequate" Healthcare? And who are the people going here? "No, no, I don't want excellent healthcare; adequate healthcare is good enough for me." /boggle
