GEORGE IS GREAT! We have been renting from Adept for a year, and we LOVE George as well as "Bob" his fix it guy. They are always effiicient when we need something done. George is always very nice and professional and it's always a pleasure doing business with him. (We like the homeowners too!) I would recommened Adpet to any property owner.
BEWARE of this Company Do not rent from this mangement company. I rent a condo from this management firm and we have rats. He refuses to do anything about it. George, the owner, told me to deal with it myself. I have a two year old and this is unexceptable. Furthermore, this owner does no repairs and charges high rent. If you want to repair units yourself and deal with rats and other surprises, then rent from George!
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY! Warning! Do not rent from this property management company! Our family rented from him for one year and he said he would take care of any repairs once we moved in a provided him with a list. What a joke! Once he had our deposit and we were moved in, he arrange for only minimum repairs for damages caused by the previous renter and said they were ??cosmetic? so we would have to patch holes, paint, repair sprinklers clean up trash left behind and get the stains out of the carpe... read more
Good Rental Management Office I have been renting a horse property in Norco for almost two years through Adept Western Properties. The service and office staff have always been efficient and friendly. The office is open 6 days a week for rent check drop off, and the drop box is always open. The rent is a little high, but overall I've happily rented through them.
