Adept phyical therapy is amazing! I've seen Ancy and Melissa and they have both been so warm, understanding, and super helpful with different injuries I've had. I always feel welcome and listened to, from the front desk staff to the physical therapists themselves. I have recommended Adept to many friends and will continue to highly recommend them!
I cannot say enough positive things about Adept PT! The therapists are all excellent. They give you one-on one attention, take a personal interest in your progress, listen to your needs and skillfully guide you though the recovery process. I have used them for my knee and have seen marked progress to the point that I have been able to delay surgery. I was very fortunate to work with Ancy Alford & her team at Adept. After successive falls and balance issues Ancy’s skills & strengths saw me through numerous iterations—as they say once you poke a bear be careful what you may find. I highly recommend Leanna Choo at Adept PT who helped me both prepare for and recover from surgery on my majorly torn rotator cuff. Highly-qualified, competent and caring, Leanna took my post-surgical arm from practically useless to almost as good as new.
