As a patient of Adept PT, the staff was so accommodating and supportive. They were extremely helpful in treating my pain and taught me the correct techniques to treat my ailments. I cannot thank the staff enough and highly recommend this establishment. Thank you for looking after me.
Both receptionists always greet you with a friendly smile and eagerly assist whenever you need to make a schedule change. These days in many medical offices that does not happen. I worked with Melissa and Leana and both were helpful, knowledgeable and upbeat. It was beneficial to determine I did not have structural issues and that a strengthening/stretching regimen could help lessen my knee pain. I highly recommend Adept PT. Always a smile and warm welcome upon arrival. They are great with scheduling and adjusting appointments. I worked with Ancy and can’t say enough positives. She is extremely knowledgeable and so caring and fun to work with. I learned so much from our time together. If I needed care again, would definitely return to Adept and Ancy.
My experience at Adept was the best PT experience I have had. You work with one therapist the entire appointment. Ancy Alford was great. I did dry needling with her which really helped. The staff is great and very responsive. I highly recommend Adept!
After going through a couple other therapists at different offices and a long and extremely challenging ACL revision recovery, Adept proved their excellence on all levels. Leanna (and Kim initially) provided incredible care, tayloring and retayloring my program as needed. The office staff and other therapists were so welcoming, helpful and encouraging. Not the mention, they have a gorgeous nature view. Hands down, best PT company ever that consistently goes above and beyond!
