Wonderful, professional experience Improved my life.
I came to Adept with various aches and pains. I am leaving with more agility and flexibility than I came in. The reason I want to recommend them highly is because I found Adept to be fully purposeful towards diminishing or eliminating my pain issues. Towards this end at each session, I had the undivided attention of the therapist. The treatment was well planned and thought out. I cannot recommend Adept PT and Ancy enough. I saw Ancy for ~4 - 5 months and she was incredibly thorough with my knee and IT band. She's incredibly kind, always has a smile on her face and truly cares about her patients. The entire team at Adept are also all-starts so I'd be remiss not to shout them out. They work well as a team, helping out throughout and have the most upbeat, positive attitude. If I need PT in the future, there's only one place I'm going!
Kim & Melissa were warm & welcoming. And their therapy worked wonders. They printed out my exercises to help make me a devoted caretaker of my revised form!
