INEPT! Turned in script for after hip replacement surgery items 3 weeks before surgery; Binghamton NY Adapt employee took my paperwork and said they'd call me (not sure what for); one week later I called them and they said the items would be shipped that day; one week later I stopped by and they said they needed further confirmation from physician that these items were indeed needed (DIDN'T THE SCRIPT PROVIDE THAT?). This company mailed me a CPap machine, however it was missing the filters. The therapist that assisted my set up tells me that she will have them sent out right away. Two weeks later, NO filters. I called to see if I could get them sent out today and was on hold for an hour. They NEVER picked up, I conceivably could have been on two hours if I would have continued to hold. So disgusted. I don’t think I will be using this company again, in network/out of network, doesn’t matter.
